Location was superb! Only a minute walk to the Masjid courtyard. The view from our two-bedroom suite was fantastic, overlooking the Haram. Quick maintenance for the bath tub when we reported the issue. Nice café in the lobby with plenty of comfy sofas to relax. A great experience.

The housekeeping situation is less than ideal, with reports of rooms not being cleaned during multi-night stays. Elevators seem insufficient for the hotel’s size, resulting in long wait times. Some rooms appear to have serious cleanliness issues, from dusty furnishings to bathrooms with mold.

The Suite was super comfy with a fantastic view of the Haram! Loved the quick maintenance response when there was a bath tub issue. The location is unbeatable, just a minute to the Masjid.
